We'd like to add some more featured art from our members here at Game-Art, and Deviantart in general!
Please comment below with two pieces that you felt inspired you, one from someone on Deviantart, and one that you are proud of. If we decide to add the piece to our Featured collection, we'll either add it to the Featured section, or send them/you a request!

If you are submitting for your portfolio
Please make sure your submission is either in the game art category, or that you let us know in your submission that it is work for your portfolio! If you do not, it WILL BE DECLINED. Please keep in mind, again, that fanart will not be accepted! Thank you.
We are changing how Game Art works!
In an effort to make it easier to submit to our group, we are changing the folder/submissions work!
While we are working on this, please submit all of your submissions to the "Submit Here" folder while we work things through. Thanks!
Group Updates!
Just as an update, we now have a folder marked as "Portfolio Work!" If you are working on a concept for your portfolio, please submit it to that folder.
As always, all other submissions need to be marked with the title of the game that you are working on, or indication that it is a current on-going game project of some sort. Otherwise, please put it in the new folder if it is not a current project, or in the "Critique Requested/WIP folder." Thanks!
Holiday Hiatus!
I just want to let everyone know I will be on hiatus until January. I will still try to vote when I can, but if you don't see your submission get voted on right away, don't worry---we're just busy, and we'll get to it as soon as possible. Thanks!

Uh, pretty much a lot of the stuff from KupoGames. Now I know his works a lot better on Newgrounds, but there's that. The first of his 'Bullet Heaven' games inspired concepts for Project Chaplaincy, concepts which weren't accepted in this group.

The above link shows some of the enemies he made for the second Bullet Heaven. Granted, Bullet Heaven, and by extension, Epic Battle Fantasy, is a parody of anything and everything, but still. I came up with enemies of my own after seeing EBF for the first time.
In fact, bear in mind that he started from this:

Aah, and then came Sheol. This is the first piece of artwork where people actually came forward and said how good it was, and it wasn't just from people who were following me.
